Treatment reminders are now able to be sent directly from Eclipse by SMS text and/or email, as well as by postcard or letter, rather than having to create an Excel export and upload to a third party service to send out.
Though Eclipse has forever had good systems to find animals due for their next vaccination or dental visit, the treatment reminders procedure was not an automated one. Text messages and emails could not be sent directly from the list of animals (whose owners were) due to receive them.
Now the process is much quicker and easier. Clients can opt to receive reminders or not, have these sent by text and email, or text OR email, and/or by post as well if required. A single text/email message can be created to cover multiple animals where an owner has more than one due a reminder.
