Eclipse Family Expands Again

Eclipse Family Expands Again

5th June 2014

We welcome a host of new clients this quarter, from eye specialists, Optivet Referrals in Havant, to the rapidly growing equine clinic at Towcester Vets in Northamptonshire. New installations include equine practices in South Wales, Somerset, Essex, and in Ireland.

It seems practices all over the country are taking the opportunity to upgrade facilities with new clinic buildings and better quality diagnostic imaging. And installing a modern, state-of-the-art Eclipse practice management system perfectly complements enhancements to clinical services for animals and helps improve timely communication with owners.

Eclipse core modules include diary, billing and Mobile; most popular add-ons include the integrated PACS, pharmacy, and lab systems.

Cotts Farm go 'royal'

29th April 2014

Cotts Equine Hospital entertained Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as she made a tour of the clinic during her visit to Pembrokeshire.

The Queen was shown round treatment rooms, operating theatre and diagnostic facilities by Richard Coomer, met the staff and some of the in-patients, and was presented with a lovely posy of flowers by Graham and Evie's youngest.

1st Eclipse Workshop in the Netherlands

1st Eclipse Workshop in the Netherlands

11th March 2014

Dierenkliniek Emmeloord kindly hosted the first ever Eclipse workshop, with vets attending to tour the clinic and find out more about this exciting newcomer to the practice management software scene in the Netherlands.

Brian Whitt presented a highly interactive session, showing many unique features of the system which is available in Dutch now for mixed practice clinics, as well as those with an emphasis on equine work.

Lieuwke Kranenburg presented two case studies highlighting the benefits of Eclipse in practice, and explaining how she is able to use the software to track and treat her cases more efficiently and effectively.

Evert van Roekel led a tour of the clinic's facilities, after an excellent lunch, and answered questions on the implementation issues encountered during the transition to this innovative new Eclipse program. Evert was happy to confirm that, from day one, the support provided was excellent and had continued to be very responsive, giving staff great confidence quickly in their new systems.

Met vriendelijke groet!

Met vriendelijke groet!

2nd December 2013

Today saw the first live running of Eclipse in Holland, in Dutch, at Dierenkliniek Emmeloord.

Speaking on only the second day after 'go live', Managing Partner, Evert van Roekel, said "Seems to go very good today. Of course still some points, but mainly adjustments to our clinic and not technical problems. Feels already good that we did this transition!"

Dierenkliniek Emmeloord is a large mixed practice in northern Holland with an excellent reputation clinically and as a leading innovator. When the project is complete, Eclipse will link the lab analysers for automatic reporting of test results, the diagnostic imaging equipment for fully automated integration into animal histories, and Eclipse Mobile to enable ambulatory and farm vets to carry all the necessary information with them on field visits.
