Eclipse integrates with IDEXX Reference Laboratories and their point-of-care diagnostics for a seamless workflow.
Eclipse is now able to pick up lab results from your IDEXX lab analyser automatically. You can see them in the usual way in the Lab Results diary and in the Animal Histories. And a quick right-click on an IDEXX report, either in the Animal history or the diary, enables you to view results online rather than as a PDF. Even better, the online version can show a history where the same tests are carried out on the same animal over a period of time!
You can also order new tests in Eclipse, directly from the Animal History: just click Create Idexx Lab Test, and you will be asked which vet, and then which panel of tests you want to order. That action will place an IDEXX order, and add the correct charge automatically to a Charge sheet of that animal and invoice, greatly streamlining the workflow for lab technicians.
